YouTube – Octopus Escape.

This video shows how the octopus flushes out prey from a unique point of view. Of course, it’s prefixed with a minute or so expounding on the octopus’s awesome camouflage ability.

So, I’m simultaneously horrified and intrigued by this video. I mean, it looks super cruel, but I doubt the little guy was hurt (and by ‘little guy’ i mean the octopus).

Oh wow, I nearly forgot we had recently seen a couple octopods at the Seattle Aquarium.
